~~ ~ ~~ <br />Task 50.2 New DMI Development <br />• Develop new D1VII packages and processes for development within the available budget. <br />Task 50.3 Coordination <br />• Conduct three half-day meetings with the CU and GIS contractors to discuss approaches and <br />coordinate activities. <br />Deliverables: <br />Task 50.4 Technical Memorandum <br />• All software development will be conducted using appropriate scripting or programming <br />languages :targeted at a Windows XP operating environment and compatible with database <br />and GIS versions utilized by the State at the time of implementation. All source code will be <br />documented and made available to the state. A technical memorandum will be prepared <br />documenting the procedures each major element of the data centered modeling process, <br />anticipated to be up to 15 pages in length, not including f gores, tables and appendices. A <br />brief user's guide for all newly developed or modified software will be provided in <br />appendices. <br />Task 51: Phase 3 Project Management and Meetings <br />Objective: <br />The objective ofthis task is to track work accomplished, maintain budget and schedule, and report <br />the status of work activities. An additional objective is to promote communications between the <br />Consultant and the State, and between the Consultant and other SPDSS Consultants. <br />Approach and Deliverables: <br />Task 51.1 Progress Reports <br />• Consultant will provide up to 15 monthly progress reports. These will include work activity <br />descriptions, task summaries, and a project summary. <br />• The Work Activity Description will describe work accomplished the previous month for each <br />Task presented in Table 1 of this Phase 3 Scope of Work. The Task Summary will describe <br />the budget, costs to date, percent spent by task scope and task budget, percent complete, and <br />estimated cost to complete. The Project Summary will describe any technical, budget and <br />schedule concerns and proposed corrective actions for the Project. <br />Task 51.2 invoicing <br />• Consultant will prepare up to 15 monthly invoices that correspond to the activities described <br />in the progress reports.'The invoices will include billing by person with their rate and hours, <br />SPDSS Groundwater SOW, Phase 3 ] 9 <br />
