• <br />• A Work Activity Description that describes work accomplished each month and percent complete for <br />each Subtask presented in the budget; <br />• A Task Summary that describes the budget, costs to date, percent spent, percent complete, estimated <br />cost to complete, and surplus or shortage. This report will identify areas whenever the percent <br />complete is less than or more than the percent spent; <br />• A Project Summary that describes technical, budget and schedule concerns for the project. <br />Prepare monthly invoices corresponding to activities described in the progress reports. Include billing by <br />person, rate, hours, and charge. Include a description of other direct costs and a summary of the status of <br />the budget retainage. <br />
