i ~ <br />provided as projects with metadata and final plotting capabilities using the <br />format specified by the State's project manager or designee. <br />Memorandum Submittal Process <br />Technical memoranda will be prepared using a standard SPDSS format to be provided by the <br />State's Project Manager. Draft technical memoranda will be initially submitted to the State in <br />electronic format. The State will have up to 6 weeks to review memoranda and provide <br />comments and questions to the CU contractor. The State's comments will be addressed and both <br />paper copies and an electronic version of the final Memoranda will be submitted. <br />Deliverable Formats <br />All deliverables will be consistent with the DSS design, including use of data structures, formats, <br />and standards that are being developed by the Database DSS team (e.g. all maps will be provided <br />in ArcGIS format). All deliverables provided under this Scope of Work will use DSS standards <br />for memoranda, reports, data, GIS, program documentation, etc. <br />Page A-3 <br />
