These
meetings were budgeted for $2,500 each to prepare for the technical presentation, and host a
half-day working session. It was anticipated that another SPDSS Consultant would contact
potential participants and prepare meeting notes. Based on Technical Advisory Group
participation in other CDSS basins prior to the Phase 3 contract, further analysis and
investigation was not anticipated in the Phase 3 budget. During Phase 3, the Technical Advisory
Group for SPDSS efforts has offered critical review and suggestions that may enhance the
consumptive use products.
Objective:
Track work accomplished, to maintain budget and schedule, and to regularly report the status of
work activities. In addition, promote communications between the Consultant and the State,
Technical and Advisory Group Participants, and other SPDSS Consultants. Address specific
questions and investigate concerns raised by Technical Advisory Group Participants during
Phase 3 and Phase 4.
Approach:
81.1 Advisory Committee Meetings. Prepare for and participate in two bi-annual advisory
meetings for Phase 4 (2 total). These meetings are expected to occur in Denver or
another location that is convenient to South Platte River basin water users.
Page A-11
