Customers are requested to arrive within the designated time period printed on <br />their coupon. It is hoped that long wait lines can be avoided by spreading out the arrival <br />times. Coupons are printed on security paper and cannot be photocopied. It is hoped that <br />these actions will improve check inefficiency and reduce distribution times. Sixteen of <br />the original winners did not complete affidavits by the July 11th deadline. Persons on the <br />waitlist were contacted and have until July 23rd to complete the required paperwork. <br />A committee composed of staff from multiple divisions was formed in May. A timeline <br />was established, tasks identified and assignments made. Giving away 50o toilets in one <br />day requires planning with efficiency in mind. <br />Per the grant application, 25 residences were selected to measure pre installation and post <br />HET installation water usage. These 25 residences have been selected and pre <br />measurements are currently being taken. Care was taken to select only owner occupied <br />residences. A survey has been finalized and all other paperwork (instructional flyers etc.) <br />printe . <br />Toilets were delivered July 1 lth and are currently being stored at the City's Maintenance <br />and Operations facility. Distribution is set for July 26th <br />The City is on schedule for most of the steps outlined below. The 50% completion report <br />was delayed due to the departure of Wayne East, Conservationist. This position has been <br />advertised and closed July 1 lth. It is hoped that a new Conservationist will be hired by <br />the end of August. <br />Table 1.
