WRPM Process Using StateMod <br />The river network file is the only network file StateMod uses, and it provides a physical layout of <br />the all the modeled structures in the river basin. This file also serves as the primary input file for <br />other DMI utilities to create various water right and station files. The river station file lists all the <br />streamflow gages and baseflow nodes. Baseflow nodes allow ungaged portions of the river basin <br />to receive water by distributing gaged streamflow data by drainage area and precipitation to <br />ungaged baseflow points. <br />2.2 streamflow Files <br />
