Gunnison River Water Conservancy District, and the Colorado River Water Conservation <br />District. This agreement amended some of the terms of the 1975 agreement. <br /> <br />The final Water Court decree in Case No. 86CW203 concerning the application of the Upper <br />? <br />Gunnison River Water Conservancy District for the right to refill Taylor Park Reservoir. This <br />document provides a comprehensive history and interpretation of the reservoir operations and <br />agreements. <br />The managed operation of the storage in Taylor Park Reservoir pursuant to the 1975 exchange agreement <br />has resulted in significant fishery benefits. Releases within the flow ranges shown in Table 7 have been <br />beneficial for fishery conditions and recreational uses in the Taylor and Gunnison Rivers downstream <br />from Taylor Park (Case No. 86CW203, paragraph 22). <br />TABLE 7 <br />BENEFICIAL FLOW RANGES FOR RELEASES <br />PeriodOptimum Flow (CFS) <br />October 16-31100 - 150 <br />November100 - 150 <br />December100 - 150 <br />January100 - 150 <br />February100 - 150 <br />March100 - 150 <br />April300 - 500 <br />May300 - 500 <br />June300 - 500 <br />July500 <br />August500 <br />September500 <br />October 1-15500 <br />In the decree for Case No. 86CW203, a list of accounting conditions are given that summarizes the <br />Taylor Park and Blue Mesa exchange agreement. <br />The administration and accounting of the refill storage right in Case No. 86CW203 and the <br />? <br />senior UVWUA storage decree shall be performed on the basis of a water year that begins on <br />November 1 and extends through the following October 31. <br /> <br />The rates and patterns of release of water from Taylor Park Reservoir shall continue to be made <br />? <br />to accomplish fishery and recreational purposes and other purposes of the storage exchange <br />agreement as provided in the August 28, 1975, and April 16, 1990, contracts. <br /> <br />Water physically in storage in Taylor Park Reservoir and accumulated UVWUA credits in Blue <br />? <br />Mesa Reservoir at the end of any water year shall be charged against the one annual fill of the <br />UVWUA water storage right in the next year. <br /> <br />6 <br />A275 01.09.95 1.15-21 Fosha, Hyre <br />
