The key right must be specified by name when defining its associated adjustment factor. <br />-adj <br />The command line syntax is shown below. <br />demandts basin -adj=Vader_Right=0.90 <br />For each key water right, a demand time series will be estimated using Equation 1. <br />irracre *CU <br />Equation 1 dts = * adj <br />eff <br />where dts is the estimated demand time series, <br />irracre is the irrigated acreage associated with the key water right, <br />CU is the consumptive use rate time series associated with the key water right, <br />eff is the irrigation efficiency associated with the key water right, and <br />adj is an adjustment factor associated with the key water right. <br />Each demand time series will be written to a single output flat file identified by the basin name with a <br />dem extension (<basin>.dts). The individual demand time series will be referenced by the description of <br />the key right within the <basin>.dts file. The <basin>.dts file containing demand time series will be <br />read directly by the water rights planning model interface.
