3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The CORSIM II model is not available for use as a water rights planning model in the CRDSS <br />project because it is proprietary. Also, the model has been written in an outdated program language, <br />making porting of the code to the CRDSS very difficult. It is concluded and recommended that the <br />model be eliminated from further consideration for the CRDSS project because of: 1) the model's <br />functionality which is unsatisfactory for the intended purposes of the project, and 2) its proprietary <br />status. <br />2 <br />A275 05.10.94 1.15-8 Fosha, Hyre <br />
