3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The CORSIM II model is not available for use as a water rights planning model in the CRDSS
project because it is proprietary. Also, the model has been written in an outdated program language,
making porting of the code to the CRDSS very difficult. It is concluded and recommended that the
model be eliminated from further consideration for the CRDSS project because of: 1) the model's
functionality which is unsatisfactory for the intended purposes of the project, and 2) its proprietary
status.
