through 1999, however, there are no corresponding daily diversi ons associated with this <br />data. <br />Available diversion data for Vidler Tunnel wa s reviewed and compared to identify the <br />best available data source (shown in Figure 2) . Monthly diversions for Vidler Tunnel are <br />presented in Table 2. The preferred set of data identified for Vi dler Tunnel was the <br />continuously monitored data for Stati on 09047300. When compared to the other <br />available information sources, the data at Station 09047300 displayed the following <br />characteristics: <br />The longest period of record, <br />The most complete set of data prior to and throughout the period of study, <br />Corresponding monthly and daily dive rsion data available, and <br />Continues to be operated as a re cording device through present. <br />Annual Diversions for the 1969 to 2002 period of operation: <br /> Average (1969-2002) = 446 acre-feet <br /> Maximum (1991) = 1,221 acre-feet <br /> Minimum (1975) = 11.5 acre-feet. <br />WATER RIGHTS <br />Since Vidler Tunnel began diverting water, the amounts of water rights decreed for diversion <br />through the tunnel have varied. Vidler Tunnel wa ter rights are grouped as senior water rights <br />and junior water rights, relati ve to the direct flow and st orage rights of Dillon and Green <br />Mountain Reservoirs.
