Both water rights can be diverted concurrently. <br />Direct Flow Rights <br />North Sterling Inlet Canal has a decreed direct flow water right of 460 cfs (measured at the outlet <br />of the reservoir) from the South Platte River for irrigation. The inlet canal also has decreed <br />storage water rights, which can be diverted at a rate of 711 cfs from the South Platte River, <br />associated with North Sterling Reservoir.
