The goal of the Board of Directors <br />for NPIC is to preserve a core agriculture component to NPIC as development in the area <br />continues to expand. <br />NPIC divides its System into four operational divisions: the North End Division, the Lake <br />System, the River System, and the Fossil Creek Division. The North End Division includes <br />Halligan Reservoir, Park Creek Reservoir, the North Poudre Canal and laterals serving irrigated <br />lands north of the Munroe Gravity Canal and Main North Poudre Supply Canal. The Lake <br />System includes most of the lakes located under the North Poudre Supply Canal including North <br />Poudre Reservoirs No. 3, 4, 5 (aka Bee Lake), and 6, Miners Lake, Demmel Lake, Clark <br />Reservoir, and Indian Creek Reservoir. The River System includes North Poudre Reservoir No. <br />15 and the Munroe Gravity Canal from the headgate on the Cache la Poudre River through the <br />Cowan and Cactus Hill laterals. The Fossil Creek Division includes Fossil Creek Reservoir <br />Inlet, Outlet, and the reservoir itself. For the purpose of SPDSS, key structures identified in the <br />NPIC System are as follows: <br />1) North Poudre Reservoir No. 16 (aka Halligan Reservoir) <br />2) North Poudre Canal <br />3) North Poudre Canal Reservoir System <br />4) North Poudre Supply Canal (aka Munroe Gravity Canal) <br />5) Munroe Gravity Canal Reservoir System <br />6) Fossil Creek Reservoir <br />These infrastructure components are owned by the NPIC: <br />North Poudre Irrigation Company <br />P.O.
