The C-BT deliveries are coded under three
different DivClasses and have ranged from approximately 450 ac-ft/yr in the 195Os and
196Os, growing to approximately 1,900 ac-ft/yr over the last decade. Only a small amount
of Windy Gap water has historically been used by the City although 579 ac-ft of Windy
Gap water was diverted during 2003, according to the Loveland representatives.
• The City adjudicated a number of changes of local ditch water rights (the `2O2A
transfers') in 1985. The water from this change case became available for the City's use
starting in summer 1986. Diversion data specific to 2O2A water rights at the Loveland
Pipeline are not available in HydroBase but according to summary records provided by
the City of Loveland, diversion of these changed water rights has ranged from
approximately 50 ac-ft in 1986, growing to approximately 6,000 ac-ft in 2003.
City of Loveland Operating Memorandum.doc Page 6 of 15 January 5, 2005
Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct
