The <br />Company provided paper records of storage contents for the months that were missing in <br />Hydrobase. The complete record resulting from the two sources is presented in Figure 2. <br />The abrupt change of storage in 1989 does not represent a storage restriction; rather it is <br />attributable to the change in stage/capacity table used by the Company (see discussion <br />under the Jackson Lake Reservoir Capacity Section). The extension of end-of--month data <br />based on gage heights and the DWR table after 1989 shown in red in Figure 2 is <br />recommended for use in the SPDSS Surface Water Planning Model efforts. <br />Jackson Lake Reservoir System Page 8 of 14 <br />
