Cascade Ave. <br />Aurora, CO 80012 Colorado Springs, CO 80903 <br />(303) 739-7388 (719) 448-4800 <br />The locations of principal features of the Homestake Pipeline and Otero Pump Station are <br />generally shown on Figure 1. <br />PHYSICAL INFORMATION <br />The Pipeline extends from the Twin Lakes Reservoir inlet, through the Otero Pump Station, to a <br />bifurcation point at which one pipeline extends to the South Platte River Basin and the other to <br />the Arkansas River Basin. The pipeline extending into the South Platte River Basin, <br />approximately 40 miles in length, discharges to a small drainage upstream of Aurora owned <br />Spinney Mountain Reservoir. From the point of bifurcation, the Pipeline extends another <br />approximate 40 miles for delivery of water to Colorado Springs. <br />3of10 <br />
