HydroBase Data: <br />Diversion data for the Kinnear Pipeli ne are available sporadically in <br />Figure 4 <br />HydroBase starting in the mid-1950s, as summarized in . The data in Figure 4 <br />were developed through the sum of Kinnear Ditc h No. 2 diversions to storage and various <br />DivClass to storage (Standley Lake – 0203603 and 0603603) from the Kinnear Ditch No. <br />2. Additional data were not found from th e Standley Lake Cities or FRICO. <br />5) Standley Lake Reservoir <br />(Structure ID 0203903) <br />Standley Lake Reservoir is located on <br />Woman Creek in the City of <br />Westminster. The reservoir was <br />originally constructed to store irrigation <br />water although reservoir storage water <br />is now also used for municipal supply <br />and recreation. Water is conveyed to <br />Standley Lake for storage via the <br />Church Ditch, Farmers’ High Line <br />Canal, and Croke Canal. <br />Standley Lake Dam Construction, circa 1909 <br />htt p ://sections.asce.or g /colorado/tec g r p s/ g eotechnical/11702.html <br />Water is impounded in Standley La ke by a single earthen embankm ent on the east side of the <br />reservoir.
