We are requesting a grant of $26,753 from the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) to develop a comprehensive Water Conservation Plan. NTM has limited financial resources and a grant from the CWCB will allow NTM to ensure the efficient use of its water resources into the future. Organization Retained to Assist in Preparation of the Plan: North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District will oversee and manage the development of the Water Conservation Plan. Attachment C provides a summary of NTM Staff Qualifications. Attachment D is our Statement of Organization Commitment/Capability. NTM plans to retain Hydrosphere Resource Consultants, Inc (Hydrosphere) to assist it in developing the Water Conservation Plan. Hydrosphere has significant experience helping clients evaluate water conservation strategies. They have developed effective demand reduction programs tailored to water use patterns and based on expert understanding of the saving potentials from conservation and retrofit programs, rate structures, and voluntary and mandatory restriction programs. In addition, Hydrosphere is experienced with the practical aspects of implementing conservation activities. Attachment E provides a more detailed overview of Hydrosphere's expertise.
