North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District CWCB Grant Application Attachments working for cities performing planning, design, and construction management duties. She has worked as a design engineer at the District for over two years. Project Responsibilities: Ms. Weiman will primarily be involved in profiling proposed facilities, forecasting future demands, integrating resources and modifying forecasts. She will assist with cost and demand analyses and compiling and evaluating related data. Other NTM Staff Other NTM staff likely to be involved in the project include the Operations Manager, Billing Manager and miscellaneous administrative staff. They will be primarily be responsible for providing information and data needed to profile the existing system, developing a water use profile, and providing general project support. Board of Directors The Board of Directors will ultimately approve of the Water Conservation Plan document. During the plan development process, their input will be requested during the development of a comprehensive list of potential conservation activities for evaluation. Specific board member input may also be solicited during conservation measure and program evaluation, based upon areas of experience and expertise. Board input will be solicited on a preliminary list of conservation activities selected for implementation prior to final acceptance. They will also review the entire Plan document prior to the public review process and final submittal to the CWCB. Laura Belanger -Project Manager/Engineer Project Responsibilities: Ms. Belanger has experience working with water utilities to develop water conservation plans and complete water audits. She will serve as the Project Manager at Hydrosphere, scheduling and managing other staff members involved in the project and serving as the primary contact with NTM. She will be responsible for the majority of the Plan development process, requested needed data and information from NTM, completing analyses and evaluation of data and conservation measures, and developing draft plan sections for review by the utility. She will solicit the input of more senior staff members on an as needed basis, primarily during the development and evaluation of potential water conservation activities. Robert Weaver -Conservation Expert Project Responsibilities: Mr. Weaver has decades of experience which includes working with water utilities and others on water conservation related activities.
