North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District <br />CWCB Grant Application Attachments <br />working for cities performing planning, design, and construction management duties. <br />She has worked as a design engineer at the District for over two years. <br />Project Responsibilities: Ms. Weiman will primarily be involved in profiling proposed <br />facilities, forecasting future demands, integrating resources and modifying forecasts. She <br />will assist with cost and demand analyses and compiling and evaluating related data. <br />Other NTM Staff <br />Other NTM staff likely to be involved in the project include the Operations Manager, <br />Billing Manager and miscellaneous administrative staff. They will be primarily be <br />responsible for providing information and data needed to profile the existing system, <br />developing a water use profile, and providing general project support. <br />Board of Directors <br />The Board of Directors will ultimately approve of the Water Conservation Plan <br />document. During the plan development process, their input will be requested during the <br />development of a comprehensive list of potential conservation activities for evaluation. <br />Specific board member input may also be solicited during conservation measure and <br />program evaluation, based upon areas of experience and expertise. Board input will be <br />solicited on a preliminary list of conservation activities selected for implementation prior <br />to final acceptance. They will also review the entire Plan document prior to the public <br />review process and final submittal to the CWCB. <br />HYDROSPHERE STAFF <br />Back rg ound: Information regarding Hydrosphere's water conservation related experience <br />can be found in Attachment E: Hydrosphere Qualifications. <br />Laura Belanger -Project Manager/Engineer <br />Project Responsibilities: Ms. Belanger has experience working with water utilities to <br />develop water conservation plans and complete water audits. She will serve as the <br />Project Manager at Hydrosphere, scheduling and managing other staff members involved <br />in the project and serving as the primary contact with NTM. She will be responsible for <br />the majority of the Plan development process, requested needed data and information <br />from NTM, completing analyses and evaluation of data and conservation measures, and <br />developing draft plan sections for review by the utility. She will solicit the input of more <br />senior staff members on an as needed basis, primarily during the development and <br />evaluation of potential water conservation activities. <br />Robert Weaver -Conservation Expert <br />Project Responsibilities: Mr. Weaver has decades of experience which includes working <br />with water utilities and others on water conservation related activities.
