North Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District <br />CWCB Grant Application Attachments <br />Attachment C <br />NTM and Hydrosphere Key Staff <br />Qualifications and Project Responsibilities <br />NORTH TABLE MOUNTAIN STAFF <br />Rick Jeschke -NTM District Engineer and Manager <br />Back r.~ ound: Mr. Jeschke received a Civil Engineering degree from Metro State College <br />and a Master's degree from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a Registered Civil <br />Engineer in the State of Colorado and has his Class A -Water Treatment License. Mr. <br />Jeschke has been with the District for over 20 years and has been District Manager and <br />Engineer for about eight years. <br />Project Responsibilities: As NTM's District Manager, Mr. Jeschke will have ultimate <br />authority over the development and contents of the Water Conservation Plan. VUe will <br />rely on his expertise and experience during the Plan development process. He will also <br />serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and will be responsible for <br />securing their support and input. <br />Bart Sperry -Assistant Manager and Engineer <br />Back r.~ ound: Mr. Sperry received a Civil Engineering degree from California State <br />Polytechnic University in Pomona. He is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of <br />Colorado. Mr. Sperry has over 15 years of experience in private consulting for water and <br />wastewater industries. His background includes planning, design, and construction <br />management of numerous water and wastewater proj ects as well as modeling and studies. <br />Mr. Sperry has been the Assistant Manager and Engineer with the District for two years. <br />Project Responsibilities: Mr. Sperry will be the overall project manager and will serve as <br />the primary contact with Hydrosphere. He will be responsible for providing guidance, <br />oversight and input during all stages of Plan development and will manage all relevant <br />NTM staff. He will also be responsible for keeping Mr. Jeschke informed throughout <br />Plan development process and for developing project reports for the C~UCB. <br />Wendy Neiman -Design Engineer <br />Back r.~ ound: Ms. Weiman has a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from Colorado <br />School of Mines. She is registered as an Engineering Intern in the State of Colorado. Ms. <br />Weiman has worked in the municipal field for over six years. Her background includes <br />
