A
copy of the letter is enclosed for reference.
Mr. Eric Schlosser with URS assured me that the 95% complete engineering is with the
Sta.te Engineer. Timing for approval is unknown, but expected to be in the next sixty to
ninety days. URS will be presenting a final billing for services to date which will take
the cost of the engineering for the project at this time to +/- $90,000.
The Supply Irrigating Ditch Company has considerable time, effort, and expense invested
in the Knouth Reservoir Dam Rehabilitation Project, and would like assurances from
CWCB that once the State Engineer's approval of construction plans is complete, the
loan funds related to Contract Number C 150265 will be available and we can put the
project out for bid.
Thank you for any comments relative to this matter.
Sincerely,
C a
Dan Grant
Secretary/Treasurer
Supply Irrigating Ditch Company
(303) 678-4179
P.O.
