Additionally, through the October 3, 1973 Carriage Contract, negotiated <br />between USBR, NCWCD, and the Municipal Subdistrict of the NCWCD, excess capacity within <br />the existing C-BT facilities is available to transport and distribute the yield of the Windy Gap <br />Project.
