Variable ISF Rights by Season
The amounts of Instream flow rights vary by season in many instances, and the amounts shown in
Table 1 are yearly maximums extracted from HydroBase. Table 2 shows the seasonal variations
for those Instream flow rights represented in the model. Seasonal values were obtained from
information provided by CWCB.
