ROCKCRNF
This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect a known flow at
the bottom of Rock Creek, where live flows do not make it to the Rio Grande. Therefore,
the stream flows for this location are set to zero. They are input to the tstool DMI via the
time-series file, ROCKCRNF.STM.
NORDLSCO
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at Colorado DWR gage NORDLSCO, NORTON DRAIN DITCH NEAR
LASAUSES, CO. The period of record for this gage is 1970-1995. No adjustments or data
filling was necessary for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows
for this gage directly from HydroBase.
08240000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08240000, RIO GRANDE AB MOUTH TRINCHERA C NR
LASAUSES, CO. The period of record for this gage is 1936-1996. No adjustments or data
filling was necessary for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows
for this gage directly from HydroBase.
08251500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08251500, RIO GRANDE NEAR LOBATOS, CO. The period
of record for this gage is 1899-1996. No adjustments or data filling was necessary for this
location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly from
HydroBase.
Water District 21
08236000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08236000, ALAMOSA RIVER ABOVE TERRACE
RESERVOIR, CO. The period of record for this gage is 1914-1998. No adjustments or data
filling was necessary for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows
for this gage directly from HydroBase.
08236500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08236500, ALAMOSA RIVER BELOW TERRACE
RESERVOIR, CO. The period of record for this gage is 1923-1996. Monthly flow
estimates for the missing time periods were developed in tstool using monthly logarithmic
regression against the flows at the USGS gage 08236000, ALAMOSA RIVER ABOVE
TERRACE RESERVOIR, CO. Statistical measures of the regression results can be viewed
in Table 1 below and the tstool log file (ATTACHMENT 1). The tstool DMI reads the
historical flows for each of these gages directly from HydroBase.
ALAMOSANF
This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect a known flow at
the bottom of the Alamosa River, where live flows do not make it to the Rio Grande.
Therefore, the stream flows for this location are set to zero. They are input to the tstool
DMI via the time-series file, ALAMOSANF.STM.
C:Acdss\Task6-6.doc Prepare River System Files March 8, 2000 -Page 5 of 11
