GRANDE AT SOUTH FORK, CO. Statistical measures of the regression results can be
viewed in Table 1 below and the tstool log file (ATTACHMENT 1). The tstool DMI reads
the 08218500 historical flows from the 08217500.STM file. Historical flows at USGS gage
08219500 are read directly from HydroBase.
200921 TM
This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect imported "trans-
mountain" water to the South Fork of the Rio Grande River in Water District 20. The
stream flows are set to equal the historical diversions of WDID 200921, TREASURE PASS
D. They are input to the tstool DMI via the time-series file, 200921TMSTM.
08219500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08219500, SOUTH FORK RIO GRANDE AT SOUTH FORK,
CO. The period of record for this gage is 1910-1995. No adjustments or data filling was
necessary for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage
directly from HydroBase.
08220000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08220000, RIO GRANDE NEAR DEL NORTE, CO. The
period of record for this gage is 1890-1996. No adjustments or data filling was necessary
for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly
from HydroBase.
08220500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08220500, PINOS CREEK NEAR DEL NORTE, CO. The
period of record for this gage is 1919-1998. No adjustments or data filling was necessary
for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly
from HydroBase.
08221500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08221500, RIO GRANDE NEAR MONTE VISTA, CO. The
period of record for this gage is 1926-1998. No adjustments or data filling was necessary for
this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly from
HydroBase.
08223000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08223000, RIO GRANDE AT ALAMOSA, CO. The period of
record for this gage is 1912-1998. No adjustments or data filling was necessary for this
location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly from
HydroBase.
08223500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08223500, ROCK CREEK NEAR MONTE VISTA, CO. The
period of record for this gage is 1935-1970. Monthly flow estimates for the missing time
periods were developed in tstool using monthly logarithmic regression against the flows at
USGS gage 08219500, SOUTH FORK RIO GRANDE AT SOUTH FORK, CO. Statistical
measures of the regression results can be viewed in Table 1 below and the tstool log file
(ATTACHMENT 1). The tstool DMI reads the historical flows for each of these gages
directly from HydroBase.
C:Acdss\Task6-6.doc Prepare River System Files March 8, 2000 -Page 4 of 11
