Eric W.: Yes, Corps of Engineers wanted one central entity to work with; <br />CWCB is the entity representing all the other entities; CWCB will <br />therefore contract with the Corps for that extra water, and then issue <br />allotment contracts for the amount of water for level of participation for <br />each of the involved entities; reallocation of flood storage capacity to <br />conservation storage, then through this effort will be allocated to <br />participants. <br />Tom Iseman: $1 million not included for in-stream flow? <br />Eric W.: Yes, the $lmillion did stay in the bill. <br />Harold Evans: As per national legislative, President did sign funding for <br />the Three Species on South Platte; <br />Les Williams: President did sign the bill, but the appropriation has not yet <br />been done; <br />Eric W: $157 million appropriation; <br />Don Anent: $12 million per year; Anent was in D.C. for this; but this is <br />not a line item in natural resources; this is not spelled out therefore will be <br />a task to watch this to make sure the Bureau carries through.
