"I'he project was completed within <br />budget thanks in part to the many in-kind donations made by landowners, contractors, <br />and community members. <br />Reconstruction was planned to be carried out during the winter low water. Though <br />weather is warming up early, causing water levels to rise, construction crews were able to <br />erect the hcadgate and diversion structures in time. [t is a dramatic improvement from <br />the previous diversion structure and landowners have taken notice. Duc to the warming <br />trend, though, NFRIA will need to complete grouting on the headwall, as well as the <br />
