OCCURRED PRIOR TO 1974.

Exempt Pre - 1974 Well Depletions

Water Resources Review Committee. Specifies that plans for augmentation applied for or
amended in the South Platte river basin on or after the effective date of this act shall not require
the replacement of out - of - priority depletions caused by pumping that occurred prior to March 15,
1974.

CONCERNING FACILITATION OF THE USE OF EXCESS WATER AUGMENTATION
CREDITS.

Short Title:
Excess Augmentation Credits Spot Market
Sponsors:

Allows the loan of excess augmentation credits for use in another decreed augmentation plan or a
substitute water supply plan to replace current - year depletions caused by previous pumping.
Subjects the loan to the existing procedures for the loan of agricultural water rights to other
agricultural uses on the sam e stream.
