This method will limit pumping to the dates when ground <br />water rights were appropriated and the acres served by ground water. Lagged depletions from <br />simulated well pumping, including decreed alternate point wells, should be accounted in river <br />flows based on the location of the wells and estimates of the spatial and temporal distributions of <br />lagged depletions from the wells developed in the SPDSS MODFLOW model or similar lagging <br />methodology. <br />• Lagged river depletions from wells, if any, that require augmentation should be accounted in <br />StateMod well depletion Plan structures assigned to an augmentation plan. Augmentation <br />plan accounting for aggregate lagged river depletions are typically administered on a monthly <br />basis below the main ditch headgate (for ditch plans) and/or above major calling rights (for <br />non-ditch plans). <br />12 of 16 <br />
