Mr Young will be responsible for <br />the overall management of the project and involvement in teclmical evaluation and <br />quality control of Steps 1-9 and completion of steps 1-9 worksheets <br /> <br />St Charles Mesa Water District staff allocated to the Proiect <br /> <br />David K. Simpson, District Manager, will be responsible for the timely completion and <br />overall content of the conservation plan. Mr. Simpson will provide Young Technology <br />Group information on past water usage and projected future water needs and anticipated <br />infrastructure improvements to meet future needs. Mr. Simpson will work with YTG to <br />develop water conservation goals and the conservation measures required to achieve <br />these goals, solicit public involvement and present the conservation plan to District Board <br />of Directors for adoption. <br />Mr. Simpson has been with the District over 34 years, and has managed the District the <br />last eight years. Mr. Simpson has an extensive knowledge of the District distribution <br />system, water treatment facilities, and raw water collection system. <br /> <br />Susann Long, Administrative Assistant, will gather and organize data required for <br />worksheets, assist in developing forecasts of future needs, and will assist in developing <br />the strategy and timetable for plan implementation. <br />Ms Long has been with the District for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge of the <br />District's accounting and customer water usage. Ms. Long also has extensive computer <br />skills that will be required in assembling the data. <br />
