<br />City of Evans <br /> <br />Earl Smith is the Director of Public Works and will serve as the primary contact <br />for the City of Evans on this project. Earl will advise and provide general <br />direction to CWS on all aspects of the project. Earl will also be paramount in the <br />development of conservation measures that the City Council will ultimately adopt <br />and implement. <br /> <br />Jessica Gonifas is the Finance Director and will provide input on what water <br />conservation measures are economically feasible. Water conservation measures <br />will impact City funds from reduced revenue from a reduction in water sales, but <br />will potentially benefit the City financially by postponing system improvements, <br />water right purchases, etc. Jessica will assist in the development of plans to <br />address these issues as well as work with CWS to determine what the City can <br />afford. <br /> <br />Cameron Parrott is the Senior Civil Engineer (City Engineer). Cameron will help <br />develop water conservation goals and select final measures and programs to be <br />implemented. Cameron will primarily assist in water infrastructure related <br />components and capital improvements of the Water Conservation Plan. <br /> <br />Jody Poe is the Accounting Clerk and has a good understanding of and access <br />to information such as water use per customer category and revenues generated <br />from each category. She will assist in developing past and current history of <br />water sales and associated revenue, non-payment and fines. <br /> <br />The City's organizational chart is shown on the following page. <br /> <br />3.
