Welcome The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Chairperson Michelle Pierce. Rnll Call Following roll call, it was declared the group was three members short of a quorum, however shortly after the start of the meeting enough members arrived and a quorum was declared present. Approve Agenda Michelle Pierce mentioned that a discussion regarding several changes to the membership of the Roundtable would be added to the Agenda. Bill Byers made a motion to approve the Agenda with the change. Ralph Grover seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Approve December 3, 2007 and January 7, 2008 Minutes Hugh Sanburg made a motion to accept the minutes for both the December 3, 2007 and the January 7, 2008 meeting minutes. Danny Vanover seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Curtis Swift of CSU Extension introduced Dennis Reich, who was newly hired at CSU as the Regional Water Resources Specialist for the Western Slope. Dennis will be attending future Roundtable meetings, and invited members to discuss with him any public outreach and education issues that he might be able to help with. 2
