Further sampling will be done.
Once more data is gathered, information will be disseminated to the roundtables and a taskforce will be
created that will deal with the issue.
2. The committee is recommending two pilot
studies, either Clear Creek above the reservoir or Fountain Creek. If our roundtable is included in the
study, it will be at no cost to the roundtable. There needed to be gage data to be considered for the pilot
study, which we have.
The pilot study will test how well the tool works. Then, we may be able to use this tool to help choose
priorities for non-consumptive needs. This tool helps quantify non-consumptive needs. The pilot study
will provide information within the next four to six months.
A motion was made by SeEtta Moss and seconded by Jim Broderick that the Roundtable request of CDM
that we be included as part of the pilot study. All were in favor.
2. Consumptive Needs -Jim Broderick and Bill Warmack
You should have received the table from the original SWSI report during the last month. The executive committee will meet with Mr. Witte before the next roundtable meeting, if
possible.
Elise will take suggestions and write down comments and questions as we break for the workshop.
Other Business
Adjourned official meeting at 1:42 pm to begin working session updating consumptive needs
assessment and for the rest of the non-consumptive needs presentation.
