MEMO -TASK 94 <br />3. Deliverables <br />There is one CD, accompanying this delivery. The CD, entitled "SPDSS Final GIS Data Layers <br />1/20/2004", contains the shapefiles, ArcView and ArcExplorer projects, and metadata for the Division 1 <br />and District 47 data layers described in Appendix 1. These files are in compressed format and contain <br />four self-extracting zip files and six conventional zip files, described as follows: (1) Division 1 GIS data; <br />(2) Division 1 contours; (3) District 47 GIS data; and, (4) District 47 contours, (5) Division 1 metadata, <br />(6) District 47 metadata. These Zip files are ready to be posted to the CDSS website. The self-extracting <br />zip files will create two directories under the path C:\cdss\gis: divl and dist47. <br />Also accompanying this delivery are 54 hardcopy maps of the ArcView project layouts. Two copies for <br />each of the individual 27 layouts. Additional hardcopies of the ArcView layouts can be provided if <br />needed. <br />4. Comments/Concerns <br />The GIS data and ArcView/ArcExplorer projects for District 47 are separate from Division 1 (and <br />Division 6) data and will need some special handling if they are to be distributed via the <br />CDSS\Products\GIS web page.
