The Board is hereby placing a written call for said Willow Creek instream <br />flow water right to ensure that the full decreed amount of this water right is made available for the decreed <br />beneficial use of preserving the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />The effective date of this call is August 15,2005, and the call is to be in effect until further written <br />notice from the Board to you. <br /> <br />Signed: <br /> <br />Print Name: Linda J.
