(e) Pursuant to the contract dated June 11,

1948, between the District and the Leroux Creek Water Users

Association, the perpetual right of use of 4,550 acre-feet of

paonia Project :storage water, or its equivalent, and such

additional water as from'year to year may be made available to

the Leroux Cree,k Irrigation Block wc~s sold by the District to the

Leroux Creek Water Users Association for the amount of the

repayment obligation allocated to the Leroux Creek Irrigation

Block, payable in 68 successive, equal, annual amounts; and

'(f) The Government-District Contract

reserves to the united States, the capacity of paonia Reservoir

over and above 11,000 acre-feet for purposes of flood control,

dead storage, ~edimentation and incidental releases to maintain

fish life in the stream below the dam; however, that part of this

reserved capacity when not utilized by the United states for such

purposes may be used by the, District to the extent the water from

such capacity may be put to beneficial use; and

(g) Pursuant to the contract dated May 12, 1967,

No. 14-06-400-4,650, between the Unit:ed states, the District,

the Fire Mountain Canal and Reservoir Company, and the Leroux

Creek Water Users Association, that provides for the Fire

Mountain Canal ~nd Reservoir Company to receive from the paonia

Project the project water contracted to the Leroux Creek Water

Users Associatton on the basis of the 4,550 acre-feet of Project

water contracted to the Leroux Creek Water Users Association

under the cont~act between the District and the Leroux Creek
