The function of the communications center is to provide a single source of information for

people interested in the CRDSS. The Briefing Room workstation presents the most current
information to users.
Information available at the Briefing Room includes historical infor mation about CRDSS,

organizational information, and also detailed documentation on models and data.
Interactive tutorials keyed to the CRDSS scenarios will be developed so that users can
become familiar with data displays and problem solution procedures.

The RTi development team will be responsible for maintaining the electronic

communications center and the documents available on the Briefing Room machine. The
State will aid RTi in maintaining the general capabilities of the Briefing Room machine and
