DMI - Returns CU Model Input Files For Climate Data
This DMI generates two formatted climate-data files required by the irrigation and non-irrigation
components of the CU model. The files generated are formatted based on the methods used in the CU
model. Files having ?.wbc? as a suffix, contain data formatted for Blaney-Criddle. Files having ?.wpm?
as a suffix, contain data formatted for Penman-Monteith and/or Blaney-Criddle.
The cuclimat DMI uses a control file to define sub-area and time period parameters for model data. The
parameters are placed in a data structure and passed to a low level DMI. The low level DMI queries the
database and returns requested data to the cuclimat DMI. Data are written to formatted data files used as
input for the CU Model.
4
11.29.96 2.09-18 IDS/CSU
