Phil Oyereynder opposed <br />the grant request because he did not feel that Bull Creek Reservoir Company- adequately- <br />elplained how it would pays for the spilhva~~ improvements once the engineering studies were <br />complete. <br />4. Jeff Baessler and Linda Basin made a presentation on Colorado's In Stream Flow program <br />administered by the CWCB. <br />~.
