should be defined based on the current wording it is unclear what will be done, how and what will be <br />produced). <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of up to $100,000 from the Colorado Basin Account to help complete the Grand <br />County Stream Management Plan, Phase 3 contingent on successful resolution of the items in the discussion <br />and issues/additional needs section. <br />All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard <br />copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. This information will in turn be made <br />widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help promote the development of a <br />common techiucal platform. <br />Finally, staff would like to express our appreciation to Grand County for there willingness to address several <br />difficult issues in a manner that enabled staff to recommend approval of this application. <br />5 <br />
