<br />~ <br /> <br />Page 32 <br /> <br />and all other personnel stationed at Prescott will be held at <br />0800 m.s.t. in the field office facility. During this meeting <br />the following will be done: <br /> <br />1. Current and forecast area weather for the day will be <br />reviewed. <br /> <br />2. Current weather conditions and an equipment status report <br /> <br />will be obtained from personnel at Happy Jack and Camp <br /> <br />Verde. <br /> <br />3. An equipment status report will be obtained for the <br />aircraft and itsl data system. <br /> <br />Based on this information, a plan for the day will be finalized <br />by the Bureau site coordinator and disseminated to all personnel. <br />The plan will consist of one of three potential courses of <br />action. These are: <br /> <br />1. The immediate establishment of an aircraft, personnel, <br /> <br />and ground equipment operation schedule to conduct a <br /> <br />mission involving aircraft measurements. <br /> <br />2. Entry into a standby status while waiting for development <br />of suitable conditions to conduct an aircraft mission. <br />Personnel will be informed as to the type of actions <br />
