These include Randy Feuerstein, <br /> <br />Fran Pollite, and the computing staff at the Bureau of Reclamation who helped <br /> <br /> <br />in the reduction of FAA flight track data and gave assistance in the development <br /> <br /> <br />of aircraft reduction programs.
