CRS 24-6-402(4)(e), determining positions relative to matters that <br />may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for <br />negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to negotiation <br />options with A.T.S. Joint Venture (Councilor Ferraro was not <br />present at this discussion). <br />2. CRS 24-6-402(4 )(b), conference with attorney for the local public <br />body for the purpose of receiving advice on specific legal <br />questions. Town attorney will discuss current zoning violations. <br />(Councilor Ferraro was present at this time.) <br />The motion was seconded by Councilor Sipes and passed <br />unanimously by those members present (Ferraro not present). The <br />executive session adjourned at 3:20 PM with a motion from Councilor <br />Sipes, seconded by Councilor Phillips and approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Assignment Updates were presented on the meetings related <br />to the Avon Business Association and NWCCOG. <br /> <br />Transit Discussion <br />Council and staff continued to discuss transit service levels and the <br />need to identify long-term funding sources for this department. <br />Council was not in favor of tax ballot questions to obtain future <br />funding sources. Discussion ensued on the likelihood of reducing <br />service levels by eliminating routes. Council asked that another <br />follow-up meeting be held with the lodging community to continue to <br />discuss ideas on how to resolve this ongoing problem. It was agreed <br />to present an 06 transit budget that was balanced with the appropriate <br />revenues. <br /> <br />Capital Proiects Fund Budget Review <br />Scott Wright, Finance Director, presented Financing Options that <br />could generate monies to use for capital projects <br />Norm Wood, Town Engineer, presented revised information on the <br />Capital Projects Fund 5-Year plan / Project Descriptions.
