The Diversionists would get nothing in <br /> <br />return for this. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />A suggestion that Diversionists purchase a number <br /> <br />of acre feet of water from the Northern Conservancy District and <br /> <br />re-selljoo acre feet of this water to the Meadowlanders who <br /> <br />could present it to the Wyoming irrigators in return for greater <br /> <br />diversion rights. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />It is suggested that the Meadowlanders sell 500 <br /> <br />to 1000 acre feet of their water to the Transmountain Diversionists <br /> <br />and thus deprive Wyoming of the return flow. <br />
