Prohibit the installation of dikes or other structures <br />which may decrease the capacity of the flood channel or <br />endanger the levee embankments. <br /> <br />4. Inspect the Project at least annually before the flood <br />season and after every major flood event or the <br />occurrence of any other unusuaI condition that might <br />adversely affect the works of the Project. <br /> <br />5. Inspect items listed in the attached Annual Inspection <br />and Maintenance Report Check List and accompanying <br />suggested Annual Inspection Report Letter. <br /> <br />6. Perform operation and maintenance activities by the use <br />of Town equipment, labor, and resources as required to <br />restore the project to it's intended use. <br /> <br />These assurances by the Town will be furnished to the Board <br />and Colorado Department of Local Affairs by copy of the ANNUAL <br />and SUPPLEMENTAL INSPECTION Reports for the Project.
