Cracks or spalling which occurs in any of soil cement <br />portions of the channel are filled with proper <br />material. <br /> <br />f. Riprap sections and side ditches are in good <br />condition and no removal of material is permitted. <br /> <br />g. Approach channels adjacent to the improved channel <br />are sUfficiently clear of obstructions and debris to <br />permit proper functioning of the project. <br /> <br />h. Any loose or missing material in the riprapped or <br />heavy-stone surfacing of the channel will be repaired <br />or replaced promptly. <br /> <br />Immediate steps will be taken to remedy any adverse <br />conditions disclosed by such inspections. The Town of <br />Wiggins Flood Superintendent shall provide for periodic <br />repair and cleaning and the removal of debris and sediment <br />as may be necessary. <br /> <br />The Town shall maintain the soil-cement invert area directly <br />beneath the Burlington Northern Railroad Bridge to insure <br />that all debris. sediment, trees, shrubs and vegetation are <br />removed from Sta 28+03 to Sta 28+53 along the centerline of <br />the Kiowa Creek channel. The wheel load of maintenance <br />equipment operating on the soil-cement channel invert shall <br />not exceed 12.000 pounds per wheel design load, and on the <br />berm road shall not exceed 8,000 pounds per wheel. The <br />latter load is equivalent to AASHO H20-S16 loading with dual <br />rear wheels on the vehicle. <br />
