Management and Contracted Efforts. - Functions <br /> <br /> <br />performed at the central control site would include <br /> <br /> <br />the specialized weather forecasting, seeding decisions <br /> <br /> <br />and control, cooperation with the reservoir operations <br /> <br /> <br />and local and state groups, and coordination of <br /> <br /> <br />contractor field activities. Present CRSP personnel <br /> <br /> <br />would continue the operation and maintenance of the <br /> <br /> <br />microwave, radio, and computer systems which provide <br /> <br />the "backbone" of the demonstration project. <br /> <br />:t, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Although the demonstration program is proposed to be <br />managed by the Bureau, in coordination with local and <br />state groups, the majority of the work will be <br />performed by contractor groups.
