Evaluation Designs. - Both statistical and physical <br />evaluation will be designed to answer the questions <br /> <br />of the quantity of streamflow and its timing, proba- <br /> <br />bility and quality, produced by the demonstration <br /> <br />project. <br /> <br />4. Key System Features. - To take advantage of <br /> <br />existing te1emetery, computer facilities, field <br /> <br />equipment, and technical personnel, the Bureau of <br /> <br />Reclamation proposes that: <br /> <br />(a) The central control site for the demonstra- <br /> <br />tion project be coordinated through the Colorado <br />River Storage Project (CRSP) Power Operations <br />Office at Montrose, Colorado, and utilize the <br /> <br />CRSP computer, communication, and microwave <br /> <br />facilities.
