The Alert Level <br /> <br /> <br />is updated every 12 hr. <br /> <br /> <br />Alert Level 6: No research operations will occur within the next 48 hr. <br /> <br /> <br />Time off away from the ba:se of operations may be granted <br /> <br /> <br />for periods up to 36 hr. In these cases it is <br /> <br /> <br />the responsibility of individual personnE~1 to contact the appropriate <br /> <br /> <br />Coordinator. Alerts of Level 5 or 6 will depend to a large extent on <br /> <br /> <br />NWS upper level and surface prognoses and may be issued at times other <br /> <br />than those of the briefings in order that they be based on the latest <br /> <br />information. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.19. <br />
