Nevertheless, matters may arise from <br />time to time in the field which require revisions or additions to this <br />plan. In such cases the matters will be resolved after taking into <br />account the views of all concerned. The Utah Division of Water <br />Resources will maintain continuous contact with the field effort and <br />will be informed of all changes to the operations plan.
