Provide a water savings target of 15% on all existing city irrigated parks and <br />landscaping by 2014 and optimize irrigation efficiency on all new city irrigated <br />parks and landscaping1. <br /> <br />3. Achieve an additional 300 AFYl of reclaimed (reused treated effluent) water use <br />by 2014 (this does not include current non-potable irrigation on Vista Ridge) to the <br />extent that development occurs as anticipated and the reclaimed water system is <br />constructed. <br /> <br />4. Select conservation measures and programs that are compatible with the <br />community. <br /> <br />5.
